Advanced Technique
This 50-minute Pilates reformer class is geared for the advanced Pilates practitioner. This class is focused on creative movements to challenge your strength, stability, and balance on the reformer. Athletic Reformer
Athletic Reformer Pilates is a fun and challenging full-body class that incorporates props such as free weights, Pilates balls, Pilates circles and resistance bands to get the muscles burning. This 50-minute Pilates reformer class targets the muscles of the lower body — more specifically your glutes, thighs, and hips. This class will light up big muscle groups and small stabilizing muscles that will whip you into peach emoji shape. Concentrated movements for targeted results.
